Tom Falter - President - Tom has been with the club for 11 years and has two older athletes with the team. Tom and his wife Nancy have volunteered in many roles including volunteer coordinator, team photographers, as well as serving several prior years on the board. This will be his 3rd year as the Club’s President.
Carl Guenzel - Vice President - Carl started ski racing in the late 70’s, then later with his daughters in the 2000’s. He has been involved with U.S. Ski & Snowboard for many years. He is currently a U.S. National TD and FIS International TD and has officiated World Ski Championships, Lake Louise World Cup Downhill, Nor-Ams, Canadian and US Nationals, regional FIS and USSS races and YSL. This January, Carl will be the TD at the World Junior Olympics in Pyeongchang, Korea. We are very lucky to have his experience to help guide our Club.
Ryan Lee - Treasurer - Ryan, his two kids, and his wife, Nicole, joined the club in 2021. With a BA in Accounting from Gonzaga University, we expect to lean on Ryan's financial expertise and experience to help us oversee and manage the Club’s finances in the role as Treasurer.
Jeremy Wood - Secretary - Jeremy, his two boys, and his wife, Rachel, joined our club last year and both immediately joined our volunteer group making various club races and events a success. Jeremy brings tremendous ski racing experience. He started ski racing at Eagle Crest, AK, skiing with Olympians Hillary Lindh and Tommy Moe. He was a FIS level ski racer for years who was invited to a number of Junior Olympics and attended Mt. Hood Race Team & Academy all while skiing for Team Alaska
Damon Gardella - Past President - Damon has been a part of our club for more than a decade. He joined the board in 2016, and served as President from 2019-2021. He remains on the board to provide the wisdom and perspective that come from years of service to the club. He also volunteers countless hours to support our races as Cheif of Race.
Charlie Toillioin - At Large - Charlie and his family have been a part of the Mt Spokane ski race program for generations. Although his kids have outgrown the program he graciously remains to serve on the board, providing community and historical perspective.
Tim McLaughlin - At Large - Tim and his family have been a part of the club for about 5 years now, and he has served on the board since 2020. Tim is constantly advocating for our membership and driving our club to improve.
Jamie Moesges - At Large - Jamie joined the board in 2023 and is our current Volunteer Coordinator.
Max Kusske - At Large - Max joined the board in 2023, volunteers as Finish Ref, and previously served as Volunteer Coordinator.
