Five, count 'em, five SSRA athletes claimed
season-long, individual excellence awards this season in Emerald
Empire Youth Ski League Racing. This was the most individual awards
of any team in the EEYSL, demonstrating the power of SSRA's age-class
programs (Intro/YSL/DEVO). Individual awards were as follows:

Season long standing were
kept, for individuals, for the first time in EEYSL history. And
SSRA, one of 6 EEYSL teams, claimed 5 of the 18 awards! Calculations
were based on individual runs. World Cup points were counted from
every GS run, one of the two SL runs and, for J4's only, the FAST
Blast SG. This included the Schweitzer GS, 49 Degrees North SG (J4's
only), 49 Degrees North GS, Mt. Spokane GS and SL and the EEYSL
Finals GS.
