CAMP REGISTRATION AND THINGS TO DO
1.
SSRA PROGRAM ENROLLMENT
Camp participants
must be currently enrolled for the 2004-2005 season in either the
SSRA FIS Junior, Junior or Junior Development (DEVO) program. Enrollment
is completed by filling out the SSRA enrollement form and liability
release and sending with fees to P.O. Box 141005, Spokane, WA 99214.
Returning members were mailed a registration packet. However, enrollment
forms can be found on the home page of this website.
2. COMPLETE
MEDICAL RELEASE and SEND WITH $100.00 (Payable to Chuck Holcomb)
DEPOSIT TO:

Holcomb, 2824 S. Garfield, Spokane, WA 99203
The medical
release is available on the Banff 2004 page you just visited. This
deposit secures training space and is non-refundable. Deposits
and medical release forms are due by November 10!
3.
ORGANIZE BORDER CROSSING PAPERWORK
Get appropriate
ID's in order and a border crossing authorization letter if you
will not be traveling along with your child. Information is available
on the Banff 2004 page you just visited-including a sample authorization
letter.
4.
RESERVE A CONDO AT DOUGLAS FIR
Call (800)
661-9267 or (403) 762-5591, talk to Jacquie Gert and reserve a room
for November 20 arrival, with November 28 departure. Do
so prior to Wednesday, November 12, as this is the last
day that the rooms will be held before being released back into
the rental pool.
5.
PROVIDE/ARRANGE TRANSPORTATION TO/FROM BANFF
Families
need to arrange to get athletes to and from Banff. If this will
not be a family vacation, you will want to talk to other members
to arrange for carpooling, to and from Banff and for commuting during
the camp. Also make sure that this chaperone agrees to look after
your child during free time, albeit limited.
