On behalf of the management and staff of Quality Inn Valley Suites, I want to welcome you back to our hotel in 2004!

Last year was a first time experience for us with this event and I will say that it was also an experience of growth and knowledge. We are now more familiar with your needs and we are ready to step up as an official sponsor to make your stay with us a positive and memorable experience!

I have attached a flyer with all the information you need to make your team reservations. If you have any questions or concerns, my staff in the sales office will be available Monday through Friday to assist you. Feel free to copy the flyer and distribute to your staff. If you have rooming lists that you can either fax or email to us, that would be great also.

A meeting room for the coaches has been reserved on a complimentary basis and you will be happy to know that a banquet permit will be posted in the room permitting you to bring your own alcohol into the meeting area. Please remember however, that alcohol is not permitted in the public use areas of the hotel which includes the pool and exercise areas. We will work out all the meeting needs with Mr. Holcomb prior to your arrival.
