PNSA will be training as a team on March 17th.

By Western Region policy, participation in the housing package at the J3 Olympics/J4 Festival is mandatory.

ALL athletes (or their coaches or parents), including alternates, must notify the Pacific Northwest Ski Association office ASAP if they intend to participate. Please note that a “yes” as a selection (by coach, parent or athlete) will be a confirmation of participation and payment will be required. Confirmed athletes who cancel are responsible for non-recoverable costs. If no communication (phone, fax or e-mail) has been received by noon, February 23rd, 2004, the spot will be given to the next alternate. All date and time limits on notification will be strictly enforced.

Alternates need to accept or decline! If a spot becomes available, we will contact the first alternate that has indicated they will accept a spot on our quota.

Trip Information

TRANSPORTATION: Arrange your own transportation to Sun Valley, ID arriving by early evening on March 16th. Plan to leave Sun Valley on March 21st after 4:00 p.m.

LODGING: By Western Region policy, participation in the housing package at the J3 Olympics/J4 Festival is mandatory. Therefore, PNSA athletes will be housing in condos provided through Sun Valley Company.

Athlete rooms have been reserved and parents may contact Sun Valley Resort Reservation Desk at 1-800-786-8259 and reference code # JOLI for family specially priced lodging and lift packages.

MEALS/ENTRIES/LIFTS: $700

TOTAL COST OF TRIP: $965 this price includes all lifts (5 days), entries, coaching, lodging, jacket, banquet, and breakfast & dinner beginning with dinner, on Tuesday March 17th. Athletes will need to bring money for lunch (6 days) plus breakfast on the 17th.

PNSEF has contributed $1500 to help defray the costs of this event.

Payments may be made with credit card through PayPal. A 3% fee will be added to the total making the total cost $994.
